  I was initially excited about having Pizza Hut available in Deception Bay due to my previous experiences with high quality product. However, tonight was the first time I had accessed the store, and unfortunately I won't be doing so again. Service wasn't the problem, but my pizzas didn't look very nice, they also didn't taste very nice. I ordered a triple dipper pack which was also disappointing. The garlic bread was great, but when I spend at a store with a great reputation I expect that quality level to carry across stores. Most of what I ordered ended up in the bin as we couldn't eat it. Very disappointed in my experience.

  Today I tried to order pizzas online from Pizza Hut Deception Bay. At the conclusion of the ordering process, a window opened that said "Sorry". No explanation what the sorry was for. Nothing about whether the order had gone through. I repeated the process with the same result. I then searched for a telephone number for the Deception Bay store so I could call and confirm if my order had been received. There is no phone number for the store, just a national ordering number. I then searched for a telephone number for the Dominoes store in Deception Bay and quickly found one which I immediately called. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut Deception Bay ever again.
